龍井
龍井是綠茶系列其中一種著名的茶葉,源於杭州西湖。它是至高品質以徒手炒製成的茶葉,亦譽為中國名荼之一。西湖龍井茶葉遍佈於五個地區:獅(獅峰山)、虎(虎跑)、雲(雲棲)、龍(龍井村)及梅(梅家塢)。西湖龍井中以梅家塢的龍井為五個地區中最馳名的。
龍井茶葉是以翡翠綠為主,從36,000塊葉芽中抽取約500克的龍井茶葉需時約6小時,再以炒茶師傅徒手炒製約4小時而成的。龍井含有豐富維他命C及氨基酸,能促進人體的免疫系統。

Long Jing
Long Jing is a famous variety of green tea from Xi Hu, Hangzhou where it is produced mostly by hand and has been distinguished for its high quality, earning the China Famous Tea title. And Xi Hu Long Jing was divided into 5 sub-regions: Lion (Shi Fung San), Tiger (Hu Pao), Cloud (Yun Qi), Dragon (Long Jing Chung) and Plum (Mei Jia Wu). And Mei Jia Wu Long Jing is considered as the most celebrated Xi Hu Long Jing among the 5 regions.
This tea is renowned for its attractive jade green colour. It takes nearly 6 hours for picking 500gm Long Jing with about 36,000 buds and 4 hours for tea master to pan-fry the leaves. Long Jing contains Vitamin C and amino acids which can enhance immunity system.
