【澳門美食網報導】新濠天地7月3日於皇冠度假酒店的尚雅坊獨家呈獻Seresin佳釀配搭品味宴。由Seresin Estate釀酒師Clive Dougall精心細選之優質佳釀，再配以新濠天地行政總廚偉盛懋炮製的5道美饌，為16位賓客帶來無與倫比的美酒佳餚體驗。
Seresin Estate 是紐西蘭出產的精緻佳釀，是利用有機及先進生物力學種植的酒莊，全人手採摘葡萄並採用傳統的釀酒技術，釀製出熱情、優雅、觸動心靈的佳釀。Seresin Estate是首次於紐西蘭以外的地區展示其一系列上等佳釀。
除此之外，新濠天地呈獻Seresin Estates第二著名品牌- MOMO佳釀，於7月27日至8月7日期間，在皇冠度假酒店「嵐」可盡情享受歡樂暢飲時光，放懷暢飲與Seresin Estate相同標準釀製的MOMO佳釀，「嵐」將提供兩款經典MOMO佳釀—Pinot Noir及Sauvignon Blanc另外更有其他一系列精心挑選的葡萄酒。

City of Dreams Presents Divine Seresin Wines of New Zealand
City of Dreams proudly hosted an exclusive Seresin wine dinner at Horizons, Crown Towers on Saturday July 3, 2010. Mr. Clive Dougall, winemaker of Seresin Estate led 16 distinguished guests through each selection of wine as they were paired with an elegant five-course dinner prepared by Mr. Samuel Wilkes, Executive Chef at City of Dreams.
Seresin Estate is a boutique New Zealand wine from organic vineyards, utilizing state of the art biodynamics. All the grapes are hand-picked and transformed into artisanal wines through gentle, traditional winemaking - creating wines of passion, grace and spirit. This was the first time that Seresin Estate has showcased their premier wine selection outside of New Zealand.
City of Dreams is proud to showcase Seresin Estates prestigious second label MOMO as part of Wine & Unwind Happy Hours selection at Lan, Crown Towers. MOMO wines are made to the same exacting standards that define the Seresin Estate philosophy, and Lan will feature both the signature Pinot Noir, and Marlborough’s famous Sauvignon Blanc varietals in addition to a selection of other wines, from July 27 – August 7.

About Seresin Estate
Owned by World-renowned cinematographer Michael Seresin (Midnight Express, Angel Heart, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban) Seresin Estate is dedicated to marrying the traditional methods of European winemaking to the exceptional growing conditions of the New Zealand Marlborough region. The stone at the entrance to the Home Vineyard signals the path to both the winery and the company philosophy. The stone bears a subtle handprint, a symbol of the individual and of creative endeavor; it represents a philosophy to work traditionally with natural elements and elicit a true Marlborough character in the wines and also in the extra virgin olive oils also produced by the estate.
